F1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX TERMS & CONDITIONSĮach ticket for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN SILVER LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2023 (“Event”) at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit (“Circuit”) is a revocable license that grants entry into the Circuit and a seat or standing location for the Event, with such license subject to the terms and conditions available at (hereby incorporated by reference), including to an agreement to arbitrate in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and certain grants (e.g., right to use your likeness), prohibitions on recording of data and filming for commercial purposes, agreement to assign copyright in any image or recording you make and/or waivers (e.g., release of liability) of legal rights.Ī full, non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to the credit card provided, regardless of arrival date.
